About this website
This website is operated by Bangor Barden Ridge Comets Cricket Club, a not-for-profit community cricket club based in the Sutherland Shire, New South Wales.
The site exists to tell people about the club: who we are, the teams we field, how to join, where we play and what is happening at the club. It is an information site. You cannot create an account on it, and no payment is ever taken on it.
Registration, payments and merchandise happen elsewhere
Registration for cricket and purchases of club merchandise are handled by PlayHQ, which is Cricket Australia’s national platform. When you follow a registration or shop link from this site you leave it, and anything you do from that point is between you and PlayHQ under their terms and their privacy policy.
We have no access to payment details entered on PlayHQ, and we cannot process refunds, cancellations or changes to a registration from this website. Those go to PlayHQ or to the club’s registrar.
Fixtures, ladders and results
Fixtures, ladders and results shown on this site are drawn from PlayHQ when the site is built, and are republished here as a convenience. They are only as current as the information the associations have entered, and they can change at short notice.
Grounds change, matches are moved, and draws are regraded during a season. Please treat PlayHQ as the final word on when and where a match is being played, and check with your team manager if anything looks wrong.
Accuracy of information
We try to keep this site current and correct, and it is maintained by volunteers. Season dates, contact details, policies and club information can go out of date. If you spot something wrong, please tell us and we will fix it.
Nothing on this site is professional advice. Information about safety, child protection and club policies is published to help you find the right person or document, and is not a substitute for speaking to someone.
Using this website
You are welcome to read, link to and share pages from this site.
Please do not use the site or the contact form to send unlawful, abusive, misleading or commercial bulk messages, to attempt to gain access to any part of the site or its systems that is not public, or to interfere with the site working normally for other people.
Links to other websites
This site links to other websites, including PlayHQ, the associations we play in, our sponsors, and organisations named in our safety and policy pages. Those sites are not ours. We are not responsible for their content, their accuracy, or how they handle your information, and a link is not an endorsement.

Businesses listed as sponsors support the club financially or in kind, and we are grateful to them. Naming a sponsor on this site is recognition of that support. It is not a recommendation of their goods or services, and the club has no role in any dealings you have with them.
Photographs, logos and content
The club’s name, logo, written content and photographs on this site belong to the club or to the people who created them, and are used here with permission.
You may share links to our pages freely. Please ask before reproducing our photographs, logo or written content elsewhere, particularly anything showing junior players. We will usually say yes, and we would rather be asked.
If you believe something on this site uses your material or shows you or your child in a way you are not comfortable with, please contact us and we will take it down while we look into it.
Availability
We do not promise that the site will always be available or free of errors. It may be unavailable for maintenance, or because of something at our hosting provider or an outage at a service we draw information from.

To the extent the law allows, the club is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site, from information on it being out of date or incorrect, or from the site being unavailable.
